The company’s technical team has developed a variety of wideband and narrowband voltage controlled oscillators (VCOs), such as 4 to 8 GHz wideband VCO, 12 to 18 GHz low noise fast tuning VCO, and high linearity VCO. The technical indicators of this series of VCO products have reached the advanced level of similar foreign products in the same period. Among them, 4 ~ 8 GHz broadband VCO products have been successfully applied to spaceborne equipment, and have been awarded the third prize of Sichuan Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award. The products developed by the company include 2~18GHz direction finding front end, 0.8~18GHz interception front end, Ka transceiver front end, 18~40GHz variable frequency detection module, 33~37GHz frequency conversion component, X-band delay component, communication forwarding simulator, etc. Products have been successfully applied in many key projects in the country.
