Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the design of microwave RF power amplifier circuit;
2. Participate in the implementation of product development, research and development work, and development plan (including schematic design, circuit simulation, PCB design and structural design);
3. Work with the production department to complete the trial production of products and deals with the design problems in the production process;
4. Summarize product development experience, continuously improve products, and optimize the design of products according to the requirements of customers or companies, and complete the stereotyped design of products;
5. Write technical documents related to product design;
6. Participate in the demand investigation and demand analysis of new projects of power amplifier products;
7. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electromagnetic field and wireless technology, microwave communication, electronic information, communication, etc.;
2. More than 3 years of RF power amplifier work experience, proficient in RF pulse amplifier and linear power amplifier design, familiar with power amplifier principle, micro-assembly process, microwave, have millimeter wave power amplifier module/ product research and development and design experience;
3. Have good learning ability, logical thinking ability, communication ability, writing ability and innovation ability; Have a strong sense of responsibility, professionalism and team spirit, strong principle, serious and meticulous.
